A short reflection on introducing AI into real engineering teams and what I’m seeing across TechDDs: more generated code and faster iteration in some areas, but also new bottlenecks in others. These early impressions show how much the outcome depends on tests, CI/CD, and tooling, and this is very much an ongoing learning process rather than a set of
