Today, one area I focus on is technical due diligence projects for investors and founders. This gives me continuous exposure to different engineering organisations, architectures and leadership approaches, enriching my own perspective as a CTO.

Previously, as CTO of Parcelly, I helped take the platform from early concept to international expansion and was responsible for scaling and maturing the engineering organisation to a enterprise ready B2B company. Parcelly became a recognised innovation leader in the PUDO and local warehousing space, working with partners such as DHL, UPS and Krispy Kreme.

Prior to Parcelly, I founded an agency after building and validating my own product, which gave me a strong entrepreneurial foundation alongside technical depth. This experience still influences how I balance product decisions, engineering needs and business impact.

I started my career as an engineer working on projects for companies such as FreeNow (mytaxi) and Daimler, gaining hands-on experience across mobile, backend and enterprise systems in start-up and enterprise environments.

Today my focus lies in tech leadership, architecture, engineering organisation design and modern, AI-supported development and delivery workflows.
